Dr. R. William Smith

Dr. R. William Smith was born in the South Pacific island of Fiji and moved with his family to San Francisco when he was 8 years old.  A 1969 graduate of the city’s Lowell High School, he received an A.A. degree from City College before graduating with a B.S. in Biology from the University of San Francisco. He then continued his studies at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, earning his D.D.S. in 1977 and has practiced dentistry ever since in the city he loves. 

Dr. Smith has four children and two grandchildren and when not in the office, can often be found fishing, or cheering on one of his beloved Bay Area sports teams.
